Vascular Access Nurse Manager

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Summary:

The Vascular Access Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vascular access facilities, including supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
* Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling and staffing
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and facility operations
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred
* Minimum 6 years' experience in nursing leadership or management, preferably in a vascular access setting
* Current RN licensure and ACLS certification required
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff
* Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMRs)
