Job Overview

Position: Supply Chain Strategy & Business Analyst

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management or possess equivalent experience, along with 5-8 years of expertise in data analysis and interpretation. A demonstrated history in managing enterprise data analytics, including the formulation and execution of data governance and analytics policies, is essential. Proficiency in English and U.S. citizenship are mandatory. This role requires strong skills in Microsoft Office, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist leadership in crafting and executing policies to ensure program compliance with regulatory standards and performance objectives.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all phases from initiation to completion.
  3. Employ innovative thinking to set and integrate project objectives, ensuring alignment with client missions.
  4. Define essential roles and requirements for program areas, prioritizing tasks based on their criticality.
  5. Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Facilitate collaboration across the Project Management Office (PMO) and relevant stakeholders, overseeing data collection and compliance reporting.
  7. Coordinate with system managers to communicate new compliance requirements, ensuring timely remediation and reporting through accessible dashboards.
  8. Document and analyze project outcomes to inform future phases and implementations.
  9. Organize meetings with stakeholders to build consensus and prioritize projects to meet program goals.
  10. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent practices.
  11. Act as a specialist in process optimization, utilizing programming, statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, and data visualization to improve operational efficiency.
  12. Provide expert consultation in data analysis, applying statistical methods and AI to enhance analytical processes.
  13. Promote a data-driven culture by leading the development of analytical tools and services.
  14. Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies to improve data acquisition and utilization.
  15. Offer guidance on upgrading technical infrastructure for effective data management and advanced analytics.
  16. Assess and enhance the accessibility of data assets, collaborating with stakeholders to address access challenges.
  17. Coordinate data tracking and integration efforts, including acquisitions and inter-dataset connections.
  18. Lead data lifecycle management and implement quality controls for data integrity.
  19. Manage data standardization processes to ensure secure and efficient data handling.
  20. Ensure compliance of data with policy requirements and best practices in data management.
  21. Oversee the governance of data assets, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security.
  22. Engage with various data stakeholders to address issues related to data lifecycle, technology advancements, and compliance.
  23. Serve as a liaison between data analysis communities and relevant stakeholders, providing technical consultancy on significant data initiatives.
  24. Build strong connections with academic and industry partners to leverage best practices and technologies.
  25. Organize and conduct meetings, develop executive briefings, and manage logistical tasks to support organizational objectives.
