Survey Team Lead

WSB LLC is seeking an experienced Survey Team Lead - Land Surveying to manage land surveying projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and communication skills, and the ability to supervise and lead surveying teams.
About the Role
This role requires a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license, 10 years of experience in land surveying, and 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation. You will work closely with field and office staff to develop efficient team approaches to survey operations and be responsible for proposal preparation, cost estimates, and drafting legal descriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Manage land surveying projects to meet schedules and budgets
- Supervise and lead surveying teams
- Coordinate with project managers and clients on project progress
- Work with field and office staff to develop efficient team approaches
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates
