  • Expertly coordinate food timing between courses, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and professionally to concerns and requests.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers, increasing revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete side work and tasks as assigned by management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant experience, with a focus on fine dining and high-volume service.
  • A passion for food, wine, and service, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire for growth and development, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Basic math skills and a high level of accuracy when processing payments.
  • A professional demeanor and polished appearance, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and climb stairs regularly.
  • Ability to physically maneuver through work areas, bend, lift, carry, reach, and extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is minimum wage, with a tip credit taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
