Key Responsibilities
  • Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations
  • Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
  • Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
  • Transactional record upkeep and updates
  • Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
  • Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
  • Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology
  • Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations
  • Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting
  • Workday HCM Certification is a Plus
  • Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus
  • Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus
Desirable Skills
  • Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance
  • Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment
  • Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams
  • Strong Microsoft office 365 skills specially MS PowerPoint and Excel i.e.. VLOOKUP's, Pivots, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to write system related documentation and job aids
