Clinical Research Associate III Job Description

At MassGenics, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate III to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate III, you will be responsible for performing complex medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Your responsibilities will include analyzing laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results, analyzing samples of biological material for chemical content or reaction, and cultivating, isolating, and assisting in identifying microbial organisms. You will also conduct clinical trials of pharmaceuticals, operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and collect and study blood samples to determine the number of cells, their morphology, or their blood group, blood type, and compatibility for transfusion purposes. Additionally, you will develop, standardize, evaluate, and modify procedures, techniques, and tests used in the analysis of specimens and in medical laboratory experiments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
  • 5-7 years' experience required.
