About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting retailer and client expectations in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop the skills of assigned associates to drive sales and meet client expectations
  • Project completion, stocking, and maintaining assigned areas
  • Effective communication with store associates and management
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features
  • Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store
  • Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting objects and product up to 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs.
  • Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking
  • Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations
