Job Title: Supervisor, Adult Pulmonary Critical Care Advanced Practice

OU Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Adult Pulmonary Critical Care Advanced Practice to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the Adult Pulmonary Critical Care department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to APPs in the Adult Pulmonary Critical Care department
  • Oversee the hiring and orientation of new APPs
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to APPs
  • Monitor certification tracking and ensure compliance with all required certifications
  • Support key strategic initiatives and goals of the Office for Advanced Practice
  • Participate in interprofessional partnerships to best support high-quality care for patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in one of the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse areas (CNS, CRNA, CNP, or CNM) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1 year experience in clinical practice as an Advanced Practice Provider
  • APRN and RN licensure from Oklahoma Board of Nursing and board certification, or Current full licensure from Oklahoma Board of Medicine and board certification
