Job Overview

Walpole, Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Tampa terminal. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and after-treatment systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and supervisors
  • Participate in safety and educational training programs
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance
  • ASE/EVT certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred)
