About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for leading the operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate recruiting and hiring.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues, and act as primary contact with property owners.
  • Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, forecast management plans, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Help create programs to assist properties with emergency recoveries, prepare legal notices, and review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges.
  • Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and influence parties to reach agreements.
  • Apply knowledge of own subject area and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Real estate license required, and CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
