Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Processing: Assist with processing accounts payable when needed.
- Batch Deposits and Posting: Prepare batch deposits and post receivables to proper tenant accounts in Yardi.
- Cash Balances and Transfers: Maintain cash balances in accordance with client requirements and prepare transfer and funding requests.
- Month-End Process: Complete month-end process including financial statements and cash flow statements.
- Maintenance and Review: Maintain monthly recurring mortgage, insurance, and miscellaneous payments, review and approve all accounts payable and payment disbursements, tenant database changes, tenant ledgers, and rent rolls.
- Annual Reconciliations: Assist with annual recovery reconciliations and estimated tenant billing.
- Attendance and Other Duties: Maintain regular and predictable attendance and perform all other duties as assigned.
- Accounting Experience: Three or more years accounting experience preferred.
- Microsoft Excel: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Yardi Experience: Yardi experience a plus.
