Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Suites Coordinator at Oak View Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests attending events at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. This includes greeting and scanning tickets, ushering guests to their seats, and providing directional assistance throughout the facility. You will also be responsible for controlling and monitoring access to restricted areas, ensuring emergency exits are clear, and assisting guests with special needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for handing out materials to guests as needed for events.

What You Will Do:

• Greet and scan tickets as guests enter the building
• Greet and usher guests to their seats
• Provide directional assistance to guests throughout the facility
• Control and monitor access to restricted areas for events
• Ensure emergency exits are clear at all times and assist guests with special needs exit safely
• Hand out materials to guests as needed for events
