Job Summary

Penske is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and exceeding monthly revenue quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within a regional market.
  • Build relationships with customers by acting as a transportation consultant and conducting periodic reviews.
  • Extend or renew existing contracts and identify opportunities for customer growth in new geographic locations, industries, or with additional products and services.
  • Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism and utilize value-based selling methodology in all sales pursuits.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of executive-level sales experience or experience in a sales support role with executive-level exposure to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques, including experience in articulating and presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives.
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work streams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales CRM software.
