Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Management Services Coordinator to join our team at Community Involvement Programs. As a key member of our Financial Management Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our participants, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary point of contact for participants in your caseload, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist with enrollment documentation, onboarding, and monitoring service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Financial Management Department to ensure program organization and scheduling.
  • Provide person-centered support, focusing on compliance and quality in service delivery.
  • Coordinate the annual renewal process, tracking Service Agreements with providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including DHS, waiver regulations, DOL, IRS, unemployment, workers' compensation, liability, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong required.
