Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Analyst to join our team at Fairview Health Services. This role will support finance and operations through analysis and critical thinking around financial and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate month-end financial analysis, financial planning, and financial planning reporting.
  • Complete various financial projects and ensure data integrity of output.
  • Assist business partners with routine and ad-hoc analysis and anticipate financial needs based on thorough understanding of business requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with business partners regarding performance and operational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or closely related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in analyzing financials and business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or closely related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in analyzing financials and business operations, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
  • CFA, CMA, or CPA certification.
