As an Assistant Manager, you will lead others to deliver exceptional customer experiences and partner with the Restaurant Manager to create a fun, exciting, and optimistic work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • Finding, training, developing, and recognizing top talent
  • Ensuring daily activities meet high standards for customer service
  • Serving as a strong role model for other employees
  • Demonstrating a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety

We require:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Age 18 or older
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

Pay Range: $28.00
