Role Summary:

The Outside Plant Construction Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects and leading interdisciplinary teams. This position entails supervising field operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and overseeing construction elements such as material planning, labor management, and resource allocation. The coordinator will operate with moderate supervision while developing advanced skills in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and implement various construction activities, ensuring safe practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct field assessments, surveys, and evaluations post-construction.
  • Manage project budgets, create cost estimates, and track job expenditures.
  • Maintain detailed records of project specifications, milestones, and resource utilization.
  • Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance through regular safety meetings.
  • Oversee resource management, assist in project coordination, and produce construction-related documentation.
  • Address client inquiries, monitor team performance, and provide direction to technicians.
  • Coordinate all stages of construction projects, including collaboration with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Engage with government representatives, utility companies, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Exhibit adaptability in work schedules and undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
