Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. In this role, you will help position us as a leading regional provider of energy products and delivery services. You will represent the companys offerings, including products, services, initiatives, pricing, contracts, load retention, and communication programs, both inside and outside the company.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, your primary focus will be on acquiring and supporting customers in new construction and conversion markets within assigned areas. You will serve as a strategic ally to customers, public officials, trade allies, and community leaders, offering customized, prompt, and creative solutions to retain and grow revenues while addressing energy-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for customer meetings, project timelines, and service deliveries.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.
  • Represent energy products, services, initiatives, pricing, and contracts to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in acquiring new customers in the construction and conversion markets within assigned areas.
  • Serve as a strategic ally to customers, public officials, trade allies, and community leaders, promoting energy solutions.
  • Listen to customers, understand their business needs, and identify energy-related opportunities to support their business growth.
  • Provide customized solutions to energy-related challenges to retain and grow customer revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of related experience in scheduling, customer relations, energy services, sales, or a similar field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Knowledge of energy products, services, and markets is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
