Compensation:

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27.72 to $32.02, commensurate with experience.


Role Summary:

We are seeking an Outside Plant Project Coordinator with relevant experience in project oversight to join our dynamic project teams. The successful candidate will possess strong project management capabilities and will oversee all facets of OSP initiatives, from design through permitting to execution, with a particular emphasis on Comcast projects. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to task management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a Salesforce-based online scheduling system to monitor numerous project tasks.
  • Delegate tasks to both internal and external teams via Salesforce.
  • Track and update project tasks for your team while providing timely updates on upcoming assignments.
  • Notify team members regarding new task allocations.
  • Engage in project meetings and deliver pertinent updates.
  • Assist the construction manager in the field with newly acquired insights.
  • Gather updates from the construction manager and refresh tasks in Salesforce.
  • Produce reports detailing project milestones, risks, and challenges.
  • Support specialists and leadership in project coordination efforts.
  • Facilitate communication among all involved teams to ensure project advancement.
  • Manage a multitude of projects using an Excel tracking system.
  • Handle data within proprietary software applications.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management expertise is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is mandatory.
  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional team coordination.
  • Capability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently after adequate training.
  • Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software systems.
  • Experience in Outside Plant operations is advantageous but not required.
