Nurse Practitioner Position

Holy Cross Health Partners is seeking a certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Kensington, Maryland. As a key member of our multidisciplinary health team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, including a substantial geriatric population.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic health services that focus on health restoration, health maintenance, and disease prevention in a Health Center setting. You will also provide health education and counseling to individuals and families, as well as geriatric house calls to care for vulnerable homebound patients.
We offer a full-time opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and no weekends. As a member of our team, you must be willing to make home visits as needed.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Minimum two to three years of NP experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or other compact state
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland
- Current DEA license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
