About the Role

The Room Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our room service department, including coordinating with the culinary team, maintaining high standards of guest service, and monitoring inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the room service department
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and other support staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
