Project Planning and Scheduling Specialist II

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Project Planning and Scheduling Specialist II to join our team in Taylor, TX. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement project control processes to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software, including P6
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Experience with forensic and construction scheduling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management software
