Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years in HR administration
- HR diploma or certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support HR communications, program launches, and compliance monitoring
- Reconcile and manage benefit and vendor billing
- Ensure confidentiality of business records and employee files
- Update applicant tracking system as needed
- Process payroll and address employee inquiries on a weekly basis
- Administer benefits programs and assist in policy execution
- Handle unemployment claims, wage verifications, and audit documentation
- Conduct orientations for new employees
- Support leave of absence and return-to-work processes
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR Manager
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and company activities
- Participate in recruitment, disciplinary actions, and termination processes
- Communicate organizational goals, values, and expectations
- Address conflicts and foster teamwork
- Adhere to safety protocols and perform other assigned tasks
