The Solar Power Solutions Engineer serves as the field-facing branch of our innovation engine, providing technical and engineering support to customers while relaying engineering feedback directly to the Product Development and Machine teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with on-site technical and engineering support to successfully integrate technology.
  • Ensure customer feedback, issues, and critical information are documented and communicated back to internal stakeholders.
  • Work to resolve issues on-site by utilizing effective and efficient decision-making skills.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology and processes using analytical engineering decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical, hydraulic, and diesel operation/troubleshooting.
  • Experience in machine/auto mechanics, welding, fabrication, etc.
  • Excellent people skills and an enthusiastic attitude.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
