About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MSX International as a Technical Field Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with dealerships and OEMs to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to reduce buybacks.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing technical assistance and consulting services to dealerships and commercial customers.
  • Representing the OEM as a subject matter expert on technical issues related to buybacks and litigation.
  • Collaborating with C.A.G. / engineering teams to provide on-ground support and request feedback.
  • Analyzing data and creating custom reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You Will Need:

  • 5 years of automotive experience with Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
