AITHERAS, LLC is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to provide essential support for our operations. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors and clients of the organization.

The successful candidate will create a professional and positive first impression for all guests. This role requires outstanding communication and customer service abilities, along with a foundational understanding of administrative processes and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, employees, and clients upon arrival, clarifying the purpose of their visit and the individuals they wish to see. Manage incoming phone calls and emails directed to the main office, providing inter-office communications as necessary.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle the sending and receiving of mail, documents, supplies, and packages. Ensure proper distribution to mailboxes and offices as required. Maintain organized records and an efficient filing system. Oversee office supply inventory and reorder items as needed. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for those requiring assistance.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate's degree
  • Required: High school diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
