Job Summary

As a key member of the AlphaGraphics - US756 team, the Project Manager/Customer Service/Estimator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of orders. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Order Management: Ensure that orders are completed as expected by the customer and within the established timeline, working closely with departments and vendors as needed.
  • Estimating: Prepare accurate and timely estimates for customers, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Inspect proofs and customer files to ensure that the finished product meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Process all shipments by the end of the day, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Communication: Maintain close contact with customers to provide updates on progress toward resolution of issues or service requests.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain all necessary records and logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments and vendors to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.
