**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Representative will coordinate communications between waste/recycle drivers and business customers, assist with billing questions and other general information requests. Provide superior support to ensure both individual and departmental objectives are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Heavy interaction with clients and vendors
  • Manage own CRM system queue
  • Dispatch service requests and follow through to ensure service completion
  • Quote prices for services/waste streams
  • Have schedule flexibility to work designated holidays/schedule per business needs

**Requirements:**

  • Prior work experience in a client support role or professional call center environment
  • Excellent job stability (no more than 2 jobs in 6 years)
  • Ability to operate multiple software applications at once
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and comfortable with internet research, as well as data entry and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • High School degree required; some college preferred or equivalent work experience
