Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an enjoyable and engaging gaming experience for our guests.
  • Monitor and confirm gaming jackpots.
  • Execute jackpot payouts accurately.
  • Conduct minor repairs on gaming machines and manage paper refills, escalating major issues to the Gaming Technician.
  • Assist with electronic drop processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Ability to secure and maintain a valid gaming/racing license.
