Job Title: Retail Events Sales Associate

At Las Vegas Raiders, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Events Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct opening and closing procedures to ensure the sales floor is customer-ready.
  • Establish rapport with all guests and team members, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process guest transactions, merchandise returns, exchanges, and store credits using Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
  • Assist guests on the sales floor, promoting up-selling of merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining a visually appealing display.
  • Assist in the yearly inventory process, ensuring accurate counts and stock levels.
  • Process inventory of incoming merchandise, receiving, barcoding, and displaying products as directed.
  • Aid and train other team members when directed, promoting a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain attention to and monitor quality/quantity of inventory, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Stack and organize large bulk items, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work at multiple locations, including Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas Strip, and Thomas & Mack Arena.
  • Must be available to work all major Allegiant Stadium events, including concerts, UNLV Athletics, and Raiders home games, with a minimum of 4 days of availability to work with the Events Team.
  • Sales and customer service experience is required, with knowledge of POS systems a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use MS Office are a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, working well independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Aspects of the Position:

  • Frequent walking, standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
  • Frequent assisting with pushing and pulling upwards to over 100lbs.
  • Ability to handle and operate all tools and accessories required in maintaining the sales floor and stock room.
  • Frequent working in inclement weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
