Takeda Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly experienced professional to join its team as Head of Analytical Development. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to lead global teams in the field of analytical controls and compliance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in CMC analytical development, regulatory submission, and quality management. As a seasoned leader, they will be responsible for overseeing the global CMC program, managing project-related analytical control topics, and developing strategies to improve analytical processes and product knowledge.

This role requires a deep understanding of cGMP regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in team members. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate with multiple functions within the Pharmaceutical Science organization to drive innovation and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off.
