Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to contribute to our operations. This role involves executing various maintenance tasks to ensure properties are safe and well-maintained for tenants and clients. As a representative of our company, you will engage with tenants, vendors, and the public, embodying our core values of resilience, service orientation, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections in collaboration with management.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain bids, follow up on ongoing tasks, and manage property access.
  • Address maintenance requests submitted by tenants.
  • React to emergency situations according to established building protocols.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities, including but not limited to lighting inspections, roof assessments, drain cleanouts, plumbing evaluations, and filter replacements.
  • Oversee maintenance operations for designated properties and generate comprehensive reports on property conditions.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 100 lbs using appropriate techniques.
  • Monitor the status and condition of vacant units.
  • Work alongside property managers to resolve maintenance challenges.
  • Manage supply purchases and track inventory using a purchase order system.
  • Document all completed tasks via a mobile application.
