About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in neurodiagnostics to oversee daily operations, supervise personnel, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical procedures, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate neurodiagnostic procedures, including EEG, EP, and NCS
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal standards
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leadership to achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Train and orient new staff members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration)
  • 3+ years of experience in neurodiagnostics, including 2+ years in leadership roles
  • ABRET registries/certifications (CLTM, CNIM, R.EEG.T, etc.)
  • BLS/CPR certification
