Medical Services Director for Cardiac and Neurodiagnostic Care

This position is responsible for assisting the Director in ensuring the operational excellence of Non Invasive Cardiac/Neurodiagnostic Services: ECG, EEG, and ECHO. As a leader, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs that enhance the services comprising the service line.
Responsibilities- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans to strengthen and integrate services
- Create an environment that supports continuous improvement of operational, financial, and clinical components
- Assist the Director in leading the delivery of high-quality patient care
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in cardiology or neurology
- Licensure as an RN in the State of Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
