Cardiac Diagnostic Services Manager

Job Summary
This role is accountable for leading the operational performance of Non-Invasive Cardiac/Neurodiagnostic Services: ECG, EEG, and ECHO. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while assisting the Director in analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs that enhance the service line.

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center (CSRH-MC) provides exceptional patient care through compassionate hands, experienced physicians, and advanced technology. Our services include Acute Care of the Elderly Unit, cardiology, diabetes care, emergency care, general surgery, kidney transplantation at the CHRISTUS Transplant Institute, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation, Senior Behavioral Health Center, urology, and the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic business plans for the service line.
- Create an environment that supports continuous improvement of operational, financial, and clinical components.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Analyze and evaluate processes and programs to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice.
- Licensure as an RN in the State of Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
