About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.
  • Market and Sell Insurance Products: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products and services to our customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Interest in Insurance and Financial Services: Have a genuine interest in insurance and financial services, and be able to communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • People-Oriented: Be a people person, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-Oriented: Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Be proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
