Job Description

We are seeking a Spanish Language Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Verizon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling cutting-edge technology to our customers. This includes understanding customer needs, building relationships, and positioning product insights and solution recommendations to deliver complete sales solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and be fluent in English and Spanish. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to continuously develop your skills and knowledge. With a competitive salary range of $47,500 to $57,000 per year, including base pay and target individual-based commission, and opportunities for advancement and professional growth, this is an exciting opportunity for those looking to take their career to the next level.
