Job Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Phone Inquiry Resolution Expert to join our team at Liberty Tax. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to product and service inquiries, and resolving technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and respond to product and service inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, including features and benefits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed support
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of $48,000 - $65,000
