Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants and other caregiving staff.
- Participate in the development of individualized care plans and lead team discussions.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in Florida.
