Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Frontier Waste Midco LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

About the Role

This is a management position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service procedures, analyzing statistics, and compiling accurate reports.

You will also play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a positive, customer-centric team culture. This includes setting customer service goals for team members, providing coaching and feedback, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to improve performance.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, customer-centric team culture.
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, responding promptly and professionally to customer needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience.
  • 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Experienced sales aptitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
