Position Overview

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational functioning of the store, including managing client interactions, sales performance, and team productivity. They will also assist the Store Manager in achieving business goals, ensuring excellent client service, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various tasks assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Manager, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a sales associate role with ANN INC. or equivalent experience
  • Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000 per year, based on industry standards for this role and location. This figure may vary depending on your individual qualifications and experience.
