Job Description

iCRYO Clifton Park is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Wellness Recovery Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, marketing our services through social media, and attending community events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for overall wellness and recovery, with high energy and a strong ability to work independently. You will be responsible for continuing your education on our products and services, working collaboratively with other employees, and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

We are looking for a candidate who is action-oriented, customer-service driven, ambitious, and culturally fit. You will work closely with our Center Manager and team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks.

Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week, part-time or full-time, on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers.
  • Understanding of sales goals and operations processes.
  • Computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to book, reschedule, and cancel reservations using our POS system.
  • A strong understanding of the social media space and ability to create content.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, including laundry throughout your shift.
  • Computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems, intranet, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to pass a number of iCRYO service exams following your initial training.
