Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional one-on-one stretching sessions to clients, promoting flexibility, mobility, and relaxation.
- Assist with off-site promotional events to grow our membership base and engage with the local community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of wellness and excellence.
- Health and wellness degree, license, or current fitness certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience in the health and wellness field, preferably in a boutique fitness environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Availability to complete our Nationally Accredited Flexologist Training Program.
- Ability to work weekends and commit to 20-25 hours per week in block scheduling.
