We're seeking a skilled Retail Store Tailor to join our team at Men's Wearhouse, a division of Tailored Brands. As a Retail Store Tailor, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied with their tailored garments.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting the perfect garments and provide expert advice on alterations and custom fitting.
- Use your technical skills to mark, alter, and press garments to perfection.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a comprehensive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Formal training in tailoring or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a tailor for menswear is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in various types of sewing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
