Program Coordinator for Infrastructure Projects

Position Overview
Burns & McDonnell is seeking a proactive individual with a strong initiative to oversee and promote projects focused on commercial and federal facilities as well as infrastructure initiatives. Our Program Coordinators are not only project leaders but also relationship builders who cultivate client connections and market sectors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of multi-disciplinary design projects, which includes:
- Creating cost and technical proposals.
- Coordinating design efforts across various teams.
- Managing project timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring client expectations are met and satisfaction is achieved.
This role will involve the successful execution of both large and small-scale projects within an annual project portfolio.
Additional Duties
The Program Coordinator will:
- Foster relationships and expand market presence in their areas of expertise.
- Build and maintain trust with clients and partners through exceptional service.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate activities across multiple disciplines from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, and schedule maintenance.
- Advocate for safe working environments.
Compensation
The anticipated salary for this position is $135,000.00 annually. This range is provided in accordance with local and state regulations and is influenced by factors such as education, qualifications, prior experience, and location.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
- The ability to deliver informative and persuasive presentations to clients.
- Professional demeanor representing Burns & McDonnell competently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred professional registration or industry-related certifications.
- The capability to obtain and maintain a DOE or DoD Security Clearance.
