Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician I - Injectable is a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our injectable products. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform job duties in a HZ3/HZ4 clean room environment, adhering to strict gowning protocols.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of labeling equipment, semi-automatic packaging equipment, and other production tools.
  • Conduct in-process sampling, testing, and inspection to ensure product quality meets approved specifications.
  • Participate in cleaning and environmental monitoring of process rooms, and perform setup/execution/cleanup of needle cleaning processes.
  • Collaborate with peers and members of other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and ability to follow production records and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform activities above head level.
