Job Overview
A driven Technical Sales Representative is sought after by Resolute Industrial, LLC to spearhead market development initiatives. This role will play a key part in growth strategy by fostering new client relationships and deepening engagement with existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. They will conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments across the designated market area. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate must be able to maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. They must also engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients.

Required skills and qualifications include a strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities. Knowledge of the construction contracting and engineering processes is a plus. Familiarity with Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is desirable. The candidate must possess competitive drive and a commitment to achieving sales objectives. Mechanical aptitude and proficient problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written, are required. Strong organization and follow-through skills are necessary, as well as demonstrated leadership qualities and a goal-oriented mindset.
