Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless/RF Engineering Program Manager to drive Apple's new product introduction process for iPhone from prototype to mass production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive program objectives and schedules.
  • Work closely with Apple engineers, architects, operations teams, and product design teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Guide teams to plan and execute prototype builds, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Develop and integrate wireless technologies into products, leveraging expertise in RF design, architecture, and testing.
  • Manage and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of wireless components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant RF/Wireless experience in communications and/or hardware technology industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and be part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes.
  • Technical project/product management experience.
  • Experience in one or more of: RF Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering, wireless system design, or related field.
Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
