Brush Creek Distillery is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging leader with outstanding hospitality abilities and a deep appreciation for craft spirits to enhance our operational team.
Role Summary
The Hospitality Manager will act as a key representative, managing all facets of the distillery's retail shop, tasting area, private event venue, elevated guest interactions, and barrel program.
Key responsibilities also include active participation in our e-Commerce strategies and the development of the Brush Creek Spirits Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Brush Creek Distillery brand and its award-winning spirits portfolio.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the distillery's operations.
- Enhance product knowledge and customer interaction with guests, vendors, and industry partners.
- Lead and manage various operational aspects, including retail sales, guest experiences, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide updates on metrics and sales performance to showcase program success.
- Oversee retail inventory, conduct audits, and communicate inventory needs.
- Assist in staff scheduling and operational readiness.
- Act as a brand ambassador through tastings, tours, and educational sessions.
- Boost product awareness through storytelling and guest engagement.
- Enhance industry knowledge by collaborating with management and trade partners.
- Support management in building brand presence and influencer interactions.
- Contribute to brand marketing efforts related to social media and guest engagement.
- Provide support for VIPs, special events, and trade visits.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in hospitality management, brand marketing, or sales.
- Preferred background in the alcohol industry.
- Passion for spirits, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong storytelling and educational skills.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to provide insights for consumer and trade events.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred educational background in a related field.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
Prerequisites
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
