Physician Leader Opportunity in Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine

Saratoga Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine is seeking a residency-trained physician to join our team as a Medical Director. This is a combined clinical and leadership role, working in collaboration with a highly experienced physician assistant. Our practice is recruiting a second APP to join our group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services for a full spectrum of Saratoga Hospital Medical Group wound care patients, as well as patients from around the Capital Region, in the outpatient setting.
  • Lead the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine program, managing the treatment of patients with chronic/acute wounds, edema, and hyperbaric medicine needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
  • Hold a current ACLS certificate, obtain full New York medical licensure, and hold an unrestricted DEA certificate.

Requirements:

  • Residency-trained physician (MD/DO) with a strong clinical practice and experiential background in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
  • Subspecialty certification in Hyperbaric Medicine is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based practice environment and manage a team.
